All RIGEL STUDIO products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and produced within 2–5 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand drops, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location, selected shipping method, and the print provider used to fulfill your order.

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–7 business days
International orders: 10–30 business days

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

International Shipping

RIGEL STUDIO may ship to selected international locations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges that may apply.

RIGEL STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

RIGEL STUDIO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
