Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect color selection.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Made-to-Order Products

Some RIGEL STUDIO products are produced only after an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and unnecessary overproduction.

Because of this, each item is made specifically for the customer, and returns are limited.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We may offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request help, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You must include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A description of the issue

Requests without photos may not be accepted.

Wrong Size or Color

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product was selected by the customer.

Please check the size guide and product details before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled because the item is already being made.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping or fulfillment provider when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Made-to-order products
Used or worn items
Washed items
Items damaged by the customer
Items with no proof of purchase
Items requested after the allowed claim period
